Orders are typically processed within 36 hours of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 6–7 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

As our products are consumable pet treats, we do not offer cash refunds for delivered orders. If your claim is approved due to a damaged, incorrect, expired, or defective product, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
Returns
As our products are consumable pet treats, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Replacements & Store Credit
If you receive:

- A product with a manufacturing defect

After reviewing your request, we may offer:
- A replacement of the product, or
- Store credit for the value of the affected item.
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds for delivered orders. Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Captain Waggatail reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions or where sufficient proof is not provided.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please email us at woof@pawtato.space as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, your cancellation request will be processed, and any eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
